CadastroConsultas: Celulares is an Android application developed by CADCELL. It is a useful tool for registering and verifying ownership of various items such as cell phones, tablets, automobiles, watches, smartwatches, and bicycles. The app is being used by several law enforcement agents during police stops to verify the ownership status of objects found with suspects. If an object is found to be stolen, lost, or missing, the agents can recover it and log the recovery in the Cadcell app. The app sends an email to the owner informing them about the recovery and where they can claim their object. If the owner does not respond to the email, the app contacts them via phone for further information.
